How can I cancel?
Need to cancel an order? We’re here to help. To start the cancellation process, please email email@example.com quoting your order number and reason for cancelling. Order numbers start TSDS, TSMP or TSSTH followed by a number and are stated on the email sent to you at the time you placed your order.
When can I cancel?
Items to be installed by a Tirescanner Installer
Orders placed with Tirescanner can be cancelled free of charge up to the time of installation, provided the products have not been fitted to your vehicle and/or you have not removed them from the installer’s location.
Once products have been mounted or otherwise used, no refund will be available and the order cannot be cancelled. If there is a defect in the product then you should make a claim under warranty to the manufacturer (see below).
Items shipped to a home address or other location
Orders shipped to any location other than a Tirescanner arranged Installer, such as Ship to Home or Click & Collect orders, can be returned for up to 30 days after shipment.
Only un-mounted, unused products can be returned.
The following charges apply for returns:
- $7.50 per tire for items dropped off at an approved FedEx location and/or Tirescanner Click & Collect location
- $15 per tire for FedEx pickup
If the product return is due to a Tirescanner error, Tirescanner will pay the return shipping costs. Tirescanner will also pay the return shipping cost on same day Ship to Home or Click & Collect orders where Tirescanner did not make the Products available on the same day as promised.
Orders returned from Alaska or Hawaii will be refunded for the cost of the products, less actual charges for shipping both ways.
Orders that are ordered on Ship to Home or Click & Collect and refused by the customer for delivery will be charged for shipping both ways.
When do I get a refund?
Refunds for items that are validly cancelled will be issued to the original form of payment and will be for the full amount paid. Refunds are usually made within 2 business days. Installation fees (if paid) will not be refunded by Tirescanner and you should seek reimbursement from the installer.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Please consult the manufacturer’s warranty materials to ensure that your issue is covered. Warranty claims should be made to the manufacturer of the products and you are responsible for providing any paperwork and any costs incurred in the claim. To make a warranty claim, you need to contact the manufacturer. Tirescanner will facilitate such contact if you email Tirescanner customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Credits for warranty items may be issued to the original method of payment or such other method as the manufacturer offers.
What happens if I make a replacement order?
If you cancel an order and place a replacement order, you are responsible for any additional product or installation fees charged on the replacement order.
